Lisa Rivera, Auxiliary member since 12/16/2004.  Daughter of a WWII Veteran, Wife of a Persian Gulf Veteran, and Mother of an Operation Enduring Freedom Veteran.  Held several District and Auxiliary Offices. Currently 3^rd District Senior Vice President and Johnson Phelps VFW Post #5220 Auxiliary President, and now Department Legislative Chairman.  It is my honor to accept this position.
