Danielle Krull
Jr. Vice President -

Danielle was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, IL. She grew up around the VFW, her Grandfather Joe was a Korean War Veteran and was always active in his VFW, alongside her Grandmother Ruby who was active in the Auxiliary. Her and her family enjoyed the Christmas parties, the events the VFW offered, and the friendships formed through this organization.

Danielle later joined the Auxiliary under the eligibility of her husband Keith who served in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan (2009, 2011). During his deployments Danielle served as a volunteer and mentor for the Marine Corps L.I.N.K.S. (Lifestyle Insights, Networking, Knowledge, and Skills) program aboard Camp Lejeune for spouses and children of active duty Marines. This was an interactive acculturation program to Marine Corps life and the local installation. Danielle also served as a volunteer in the Marine Corps Systems Command's (MCSC) Family Readiness Program that provided resource information and support services to enhance personal and family readiness during deployments and military life.

Keith highly encouraged Danielle to join the VFW Auxiliary. After joining in July of 2016, Danielle quickly became active on the local, district, and Department levels. In the 2017-2018-year Danielle became Conductress at her home post and Junior Vice President for the 16th District.
