Beth Costa-Bland
Auxiliary Outreach Chairman -

Beth joined the Belvidere Auxiliary #1461 in the spring of 2021 under her paternal Grandfather who served overseas during World War II. She took great interest in serving in the Auxiliary and served as the club secretary from July 2021 - June 2024, attending district meetings as well as auxiliary meetings. Due to her wide range of experience volunteering in the community through Boy Scouts (now Scouts America), Girl Scouts, American Heritage Girls, Community Emergency Response Team, Rotary International, a local youth softball league, and as an avid blood donor, Beth has served as the District 6 Auxiliary Outreach Program Chair and Youth Activities Program Chair. Beth is the President of District 6 (2025-26) and will serve as the Department Auxiliary Outreach Program Chair also. Beth is recently retired from a recruiter/account manager role at the Rock River Valley Blood Center and prior to that was the marketing manager for Blackhawk Area Council, BSA. She is excited to spend her new free time traveling and hiking with husband Rob Bland, who is a VFW Veteran and District 6 Commander, and of course, volunteering in the community! Rob and Beth have 4 children between them, ages ranging from 23 to 16. Beth is also currently the President of the Loves Park Rotary Club and an Assistant Governor in District 6420 of the Rotary. If you happen to find Beth not busy doing volunteer work, she is very likely to be working on an art project, reading, cooking a new recipe, or singing kara
