I am a life member of Auxiliary 1377 in Greenville. I joined under the eligibility of my Father. My father was in the navy during WWII. My parents were both members of the Post and Auxiliary at Greenville. When my mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, it was very important to her to continue her membership in the Auxiliary. After my mother’s passing I felt it was my responsibility to carry on her wishes and joined the Auxiliary. The hospital program is very near and dear to my heart. Helping to support our Veterans that are in our VA facilities or nursing homes is very important to me. I look forward to a great year reaching out and visiting our Veterans and bringing joy to them. I can’t wait to see what great projects our members with come up with and participate in.
